Central London Walks is operated by London Guided Walks Ltd.

Please note that when you make a booking on a guided walk or treasure hunt you are making a contract with the individual guide and not with London Guided Walks Limited.

London Guided Walks Ltd (LGW) reserves the right to take photographs during our walks and treasure hunts to use for promotion and publicity in all media and the copyright of such pictures will remain with LGW in perpetuity.

Public Walk Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

All gift vouchers for public walks are valid for 6 months from purchase.
All London Guided Walk gift vouchers are for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
Any additional cost exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid by the redeemer.
This voucher is valid only at London Guided Walks.
In the event of any dispute, the decision London Guided Walks is final.
London Guided Walks reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Voucher validation is required by authorised person only.

Private Tour Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

All London Guided Walk gift vouchers are for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.

Gift vouchers will be considered null and void without a unique voucher code as supplied in the initial booking confirmation.
Gift e-vouchers will not be replaced.
This voucher is valid only at London Guided Walks.

This voucher entitles the bearer to redeem the product specified here.
We are not responsible if a Gift Vouchers is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
